You will join the Deutsche Bank Private Bank which is focused on serving Ultra/High Net Worth (U/HNW) Wealth Management (WM) clients across over 60 markets, supporting entrepreneurs across private and business needs via the Bank for Entrepreneurs proposition and delivering premium retail banking solutions to European retail and affluent clients in Germany, Italy, Spain and Belgium.

We are uniquely positioned to fulfil these clients' needs as a Europe-based Private Bank with global booking capabilities, that can provide access to a leading Corporate Bank and deliver solutions from a top-tier investment bank, including leading foreign exchange and fixed-income capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop Private Bank WM key client management strategy
  • Manage strategic projects and initiatives to grow WM key clients business
  • Evolve the strategy narrative around WM key clients and prepare presentations and other materials for senior management communication
  • Develop and maintain a commercially relevant 360-view of WM key clients
  • Enable/support the commercial growth of the WM key clients franchise in partnership with Vice Chairman/coverage
  • Contribute to evolve value proposition and front-to-back processes to improve WM key client experience at Deutsche Bank

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in leading key client management at global financial services organisations. Ideally experience in both private and corporate/investment banking
  • Experience with working with sales and product teams
  • Prior experience in dealing directly with clients
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to develop and manage complex models. Strong knowledge of Excel required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and ability to support preparation of presentations for a senior audience. Strong knowledge of Power Point required
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience. Master's Degree from top-tier university or equivalent industry experience with excellent academic track record preferred
