Your new job working as a Schemes Administrator will be working within one of the UK's leading independent Lloyd's brokers. Located in the city and throughout the UK, these brokers make it a priority to understand every detail of client's businesses and work in partnership to provide a complete service to their customers. The company offers unbiased access to the market and places cover with an established insurer network. They are a national business operating out of regional offices across the UK, acting internationally with global specialists. They offer innovative and intelligent risk advice and insurance programmed designed to confidently provide clients with a service to protect their risks. Due to growth within their Schemes team a Schemes Administrator role has arisen. This role is based in the Chelmsford office.
Your new role
Your new role working as a Schemes Administrator in the Schemes Division means you will play a major role in ensuring they give a first-class service to clients by supporting the team with day-to-day administration. You will be assisting the Schemes Division by chasing clients for renewal reports, diary and task management, chasing clients for paperwork, sending paperwork and checking documents. Duties will also include updating the back off system including new business, adjustments and renewals, checking quotes and policy documents for accuracy and replicate information in Acturis/Broking system. Other duties will include transferring of copy and documents into the client electronic file in Acturis, and giving support on specific projects as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as an Administrator or junior within the Insurance industry will contribute to your success in securing this role. Travel to Chelmsford is essential. You will need good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop and sustain relationships with colleagues.
