Working for a UK-based, innovative global technology Company, your Supply Chain and Customer Service experience will be essential to succeed in this newly created role.
The Role:
Working closely with the Head of Procurement and the Company's suppliers, you'll be supporting the improvement of quality, price and SLA's to ensure it can meet the continued growth in this fast-paced market. This will involve:
- Manage and action failed / aging stock, typically preowned mobile phone devices
- Provide defined weekly reporting and analytics into senior management around stock and supplier success
- Manage stock inventory system and other ERP systems used within the business.
- Daily activities include managing payment files, deal trackers, POP to suppliers, monitor shipments, supplier communication and proactively actioning suppliers RMA and yields.
