Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 (Negotiable DOE) + Uncapped Commission (up to 30% of billings)

Founded in 2020, Personnel Link is a fast-growing hybrid recruitment agency specialising in placing top talent across a variety of sectors, including automotive, driving, industrial, accountancy & finance, commercial, catering, and hospitality. Despite being a relatively young company, we've quickly built a strong reputation and are now expanding our industrial division. We are looking for driven consultants to join our vibrant and ambitious team.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you'll take on a 360-recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment cycle and focusing on the MK postcode areas:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring we meet their staffing needs.
  • Candidate Attraction: Source, screen, and match candidates to appropriate roles using various channels.
  • Booking Management: Oversee bookings for temporary and permanent placements, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Team Support: During peak times, you'll receive additional resourcing support to keep your desk running smoothly.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Base Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 (based on experience)

  • Commission Structure: Earn up to 30% of your billings with monthly & quarterly bonus incentives.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the industrial sector, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organised in managing client and candidate information.
  • Business Development Focus: A passion for winning new business and building lasting client relationships.
  • 360 Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience running a 360-desk in recruitment.
