We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join a well established business working within the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and have good understanding and experience of working both the Sales and Purchase ledger.

This is a generalist finance role which will be varied, no two days will be the same

Our client is a leading player in the FMCG industry with a workforce of over 1000 dedicated employees. They are renowned for their high-quality products and have a strong presence supplying multiple markets including retail, hospitality, healthcare and the government.

Description

  • Managing the sales and purchase ledger
  • Providing support with any other finance and accounting related admin duties
  • Payment runs
  • Credit control
  • Inputting details into the system
  • Raise invoices
  • Be a real team player and help each other out
  • Ensure work is completed with utmost care and detail taken

Profile

A successful Accounts Administrator should have:

  • Ideally an AAT level 4
  • Have previously worked Sales AND Purchase Ledger
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Be a confident user of MS Excel and outlook
  • Be a team player, be flexible and open to helping others
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Offer

  • A salary of £30,000
  • Flexible start and finish time
  • Ideally full time but will consider part time - minimum 30 hours
