NEW VACANCY = Accounts Assistant (Part-Time, 25-30 Hours) £13.00 – 16.00 per hour

Supporting a recent award-winning technology services and solutions provider in Milton Keynes. They are looking for a part-time accounts assistant to cover maternity leave.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join an outstanding company with a great culture and high staff retention. The company is based in a large modern office and frequently hosts staff quizzes, competitions, team meals, and activities.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in processing day-to-day core sales billing transactions and resolving related queries. You will also provide support to the Finance Manager, management, and business staff when required.
Responsibilities:
Daily management of invoice query ticket queue
Completing mid-month billing run
Managing and completing the monthly User Billing process
Preparing and billing Capped Hours
Compiling and billing Courier Deliveries
Analysis/Sage downloads as requested
Producing reports and dealing with queries as requested
Ad-hoc cover of posting cashbook transactions and reconciling bank accounts
Any other tasks required by the Finance Manager or Revenue Accounts Assistant
Qualifications & Experience:
?? Intermediate Excel skills
?? Experience in sage
?? Good attention to detail
?? Good organisational skills
?? Good communication skills
?? Able to manage changing workload and priorities
?? Able to work both within a team and using own initiative
