* Accounts Assistant - Full Time OR Part Time *
FRS are recruiting a part-time Accounts Assistant for a luxury retail business based near Swadlincote. The role is offered either full-time OR part-time hours, between 25 & 40 hours per week plus options of overtime.
Suitable candidates will have 2-3 years' relevant experience within either an SME ideally having used Sage during that time although this isn't essential. Candidates that come from the following sectors may have an advantage - Property / Automotive / Retail / Dealership.
Duties Will Include
- Data entry onto relevant finance systems (Sage & MS Excel)
- Raising and processing purchase invoices
- Processing a small monthly payroll
- VAT returns
- Maintaining Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Reconciling financial transactions
