Reed Finance is partnered with an established business in the Construction sector, in the appointment of a permanent & full time Accounts Payable Administrator.
With a solid trading history, our client is undertaking considerable growth and expansion resulting in this addition to the Accounts and Finance team.
The role:
The post holder will be required to provide an effective and efficient accounts and administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
Volume Data entry and processing of invoices for payment
Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
Administration of various card payments
Reviewing and resolving accounts queries and issues
Supplier payment runs to agreed terms
Other general administration as required
About you:
2-3 years experience working in an accounts related role.
