As an Attendance Officer, you will:
- Play a vital role in promoting school attendance and addressing issues related to non-attendance
- Build a strong rapport with all students, parents/guardians, staff & external agencies
- Effectively manage & record attendance, raising any concerns where appropriate
- Prepare whole school attendance analysis and official returns
- Provide administrative support in the implementation of attendance policies
To be successful as an Attendance Officer, you will:
- Be able to relate well to pupils and adults and able to work as part of a team
- Use your own initiative and work autonomously within agreed boundaries
- Be a confident user of Microsoft Office packages
- Holding a full driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential!
- Experience of working within a school would be advantageous however, not essential
In return, my client are offering a salary of up to £30,500 doe. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
