Receptionist

JRRL are looking for an experienced Receptionist for a well-established law firm in the heart of Bromley. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a receptionist/administrator.

Duties for the Receptionist:

  • Meeting, greeting and managing clients.
  • Ensuring clients and others feel welcomed upon arrival and during their time at the office.
  • Organising, managing meetings rooms and meetings.
  • Legal administration where required to support departments.
  • Supporting the Facilities Manager with any day-to-day requirements for the building.
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting times.
  • Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.

Skills & Experience Receptionist:

  • Legal Reception experience preferred.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Organised and takes ownership for the reception area.
  • Experience in general office administration.
  • Attentive and positive approach.
  • Friendliness.

This is a full-time position based at the clients Great Bookham, Surrey office.
