Join a fun and hard-working travel company based in Swindon who are looking for a Finance Administration Clerk to support their Finance team with costing queries, managing admin inbox and maintain losses are kept to a minimum within business.

Your new role
As a Finance Admin Clerk, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

  • To track queries and work closely with the manager to resolve problems by proactively proposing resolutions, working independently to resolve them where possible.
  • Manage the accounts' admin inbox and be responsible for the allocated supplier statement queries and work to a daily KPI target.
  • Understanding the accounts process to work out costs from both a front and back-end point of view.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Good IT / Excel skills
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Organised with the ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience of working within the travel industry but not required
