team? We are working with our client who are offering an exceptional opportunity for a
Finance Manager
in their central FP&A function, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing key financial processes and communications for their Global Sourcing division.
As the
Finance Manager
, you'll be the driving force behind the production of management reports and the communication of Global Sourcing performance to both Group and internal leaders. You'll oversee the entire annual and monthly planning cycle, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how the Global Sourcing organization integrates with the broader group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Central Planning Management**:** You will oversee all central planning processes (Forecast, Budget, 3YP, etc.), ensuring alignment across stakeholders and creating outputs for both Global Brands and Group stakeholders.
- Group Reporting: You will manage group reporting for legal entity views, including consolidated P&L, CSR, and Investor Relations submissions. You'll frequently present findings directly to the CFO and senior Group stakeholders.
- Allocation Process Ownership: You will develop and maintain the Global Brands allocation process, analyze post-allocation views, and provide key finance support for process improvements.
- Planning Analytics Administration: You will administer the Global Brands Planning Analytics system, working with Global Finance Systems to enhance functionality and ensure data integrity for planning processes and month/quarter-end completions.
- Team Development & Process Improvement: You will support the professional growth of your team and drive process improvements with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Project Support: You will provide crucial finance support for projects related to the reporting of Global Sourcing.

- Ability to present complex matters to senior stakeholders and build strong, effective relationships.
- Expertise in Excel and finance systems (experience with Planning Analytics is a plus).
