About you
- Proven experience in delivering complex business change and IT projects, preferably in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage resources within a collaborative team-based environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to work at pace, set project visions and guid teams to delivery
- People management experience in a medium to large business
- Experience managing a diverse portfolio of IT projects
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools
