Salary: £26,000-32,000 depending on experience

They also offer hybrid opportunties.This dynamic practice are specialists within the residential sector working on varying scale projects from bespoke private housing to barn conversions and the occasional listed building. They are seeking to continue their success with the addition of a talented Architectural technician to join their social and tight knit team in Oxford.
The successful Architectural technician will have post graduate degree experience within the residential sector being a confident user of AutoCAD and ideally Revit and strong awareness of current Building regulations.
Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or related subject
- Few years of post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
- Well versed in AutoCAD and ideally Revit
- Proven record working on residential projects
- Excellent technical abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
- Working towards achieving MCIAT
- Preferably you will have experience with high end residential projects
- Passionate about incorporating sustainable designs
- Driven for continual improvement
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and continual development
- Lively locally to the Oxford area
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Strong communication and presentation skills
