We're recruiting for a dynamic Norwegian insurance provider who's seeking a Claims Relationship Lead to join their team!

The role will require frequent travel and site visits with new and existing clients.

The Opportunity:

Our client is known for exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions. They prioritise strong relationships and innovative strategies to drive success. The successful candidate will be positioned within the commercial insurance team and with that knowledge and experience in Motor, Property and Liability is required.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Proven relationship management in client-facing roles.
  • Prepare and manage claims review meetings
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in complaints management and conflict resolution.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to UK based clients
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication, time management and presentation skills
