Reed HR are on the hunt for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our clients Talent Acquisition strategy in Reigate.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in recruitment, preferably with internal recruitment experience.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand in the marketplace
  • Utilise recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve excellence
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies and use social media to engage with potential candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a preference for internal recruitment expertise
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across the organisation
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
