If you are looking for a busy varied role within a fast-moving skincare company. You will want to help out with whatever needs to be done.
Duties:
- Booking in Post
- Dealing with Couriers
- Answering emails
- Matching payments on the system
- Tracking stock on software
- Printing invoices
- Dealing with simply customer service queries
- Arranging returns
- Updating contact details
- Using shopify to edit orders
- Adding new products to the website.
- Helping out within the warehouse, picking orders when busy, helping with general ad-hoc duties.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A can-do attitude
- Good IT skills - outlook, word and database experience
- Previous office experience
- Flexible attitude
Possibility of a permanent role.
