Key Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all client work is carried out within the appropriate timescales through continual monitoring of case progression.
- Working as a team with the other managers, directors and staff to ensure the department meets its objectives and all client demands are exceeded.
- Using your knowledge of the industry and relevant processes to resolve technical issues and organisation to resolve client and director demands.
- Ensuring client's expectations are exceeded, by always providing a first-class service.
- Assessing financial and other information to assist clients in understanding their affairs and needs; to identify opportunities to enhance value for stakeholders.
- Understanding the insolvency act and appreciating key commercial aspects of insolvency companies.
- Providing regular progress reports to the manager including preparation of six-monthly case reviews, as well as drafting all routine case correspondence.
- Analytical review of information to facilitate case strategy or to fulfil reporting requirements.
- Dealing with creditor telephone enquiries.
Requirements:
- Prior experience within Insolvency is absolutely essential, minimum of 3 years.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
- Completion or desire to study ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency Qualification.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook and time management system.
