PMO Analyst

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join our team, working on a key Technology function within a prestigious organisation with a rich history spanning 500 years. This role is crucial for defining and delivering technology solutions within the Commercial workstream across a transformation programme.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide PMO support to all Tech Project Managers across 6 workstreams.
- Facilitate Tech governance cadence, including preparation and quality assurance of materials/reports for weekly Tech status meetings.
- Run weekly Tech review meetings, supporting effective decision-making and summarising for inclusion in Programme management information.
- Maintain and manage the CARDI log (actions, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, etc.).
- Update Tech Programme plans and workstream MS Project plans, highlighting/reporting risks and issues around timelines, dependencies, resourcing, etc.
- Support PMs through regular cross-collaboration and 1-2-1s, challenging and validating content, and ensuring quality assurance.
- Recommend process improvements and governance refinement.
- Facilitate and administer Change Management end-to-end processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proactive communication, written, collaboration, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Vendor/Supplier management experience in a multi-supplier environment.
- A proactive approach to work and strong teamwork skills.
- Desirable: Previous experience in logistics or consultancy.
