The 2nd Line Site Support Engineer role:
You will be a Windows 11 rollout engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment of Windows 11 across my clients systems. The engineer must also ensure data migration and user training are conducted smoothly, while troubleshooting any issues that arise during the rollout. Collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders is essential to align the rollout with organisational goals and ensure a seamless transition.
2nd Line Site Support Engineer - Essential Skills:
- Experience with Windows 11 Deployments.
- Experience with MECM (formally SCCM)
- Endpoint Management.
- Project experience.
