Digital Marketing Apprentice

Are you looking to launch your career in Digital Marketing? Are you passionate about developing a career within this sector? We are seeking a creative, confident Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our marketing team in our Burbage office.

Adept Care Homes is an award-winning, family-run company that provides residential care to several care homes across the Midlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, creating, running and monitoring multi-channel campaigns to attract and retain potential residents, using own, customer and industry insights
  • Work to the brand guidelines and marketing briefs to meet deadlines
  • Upload content and imagery in line with our policy to the website, social media channels and other relevant websites, such as carehome.co.uk
  • Support with increasing engagement via social media channels
  • Learn how to analyse and interpret data on various topics including Google Analytics, GoogleAds and carehome.co.uk
  • Source information and present it in various formats including content for websites, social media activity, online newsletters, adverts, printed leaflets and brochures
  • Monitor and reply to online enquiries, including bookings for events and requests for information
  • Create online surveys on SurveyMonkey or Google Forms

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
