What You'll Do:

  • Office Maestro: Keep the office running like a well-oiled machine. Manage facilities, handle post, and ensure the office is stocked with all necessary supplies.
  • Client Onboarding Expert: Lead the charge on AML checks, draft engagement letters, and assist with KYC and risk assessments, ensuring seamless client onboarding.
  • Meeting Guru: Coordinate diaries, manage meeting rooms, and oversee visitor bookings, greetings, and hospitality with finesse.
  • Presentation Pro: Help craft compelling presentations and proposals, working closely with senior team members to maintain the company's top-notch branding.
  • Administrative Ace: Handle invoicing, format presentations, draft company letters, and more, providing essential support across the board.
  • Travel Coordinator: Occasionally travel to other company offices, with expenses fully covered.
  • HR Sidekick: Assist the Operations Director with HR tasks, from documentation to staff training coordination, onboarding, and induction.
  • Event and CSR Champion: Play a key role in organizing company events and driving the Corporate Social Responsibility program.
  • Health & Safety Steward: Take charge of health and safety duties, including First Aid and Fire Warden responsibilities.
  • Operations Reporter: Provide timely and accurate reports to the Operations Director, keeping them informed of all developments.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Solid experience in a Professional Services administrative role.
  • Business Administration qualification is a plus.
  • Independent worker who also thrives in a team environment.
  • Reliable, confident, and brimming with positivity.
  • Advanced (or intermediate) proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong IT skills across hardware and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
