Description
The key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Officer include:
- Maintaining and balancing daily accounts
- Undertaking weekly bank reconciliations
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining details
- Managing the petty cash float
Profile
The successful Accounts Payable Officer should have:
- Experience working in a finance setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
