They are seeking experienced Associates with transferable transactional skills who are open-minded and enthusiastic. Key attributes for this role include commercial acumen, pragmatism, and a strong deal-making ability.
They handle a diverse range of work for financial institutions, including FS-focused transactional work and typical FS advisory services.
The firm assist FS clients with various strategic transactions, including:
- Material regulated outsourcings
- Commercial partnerships
- Distribution and hybrid projects
- Capital-driven transactions
- Risk mitigation transactions
- Regulated business transfers
About You
- No specific regulatory experience or knowledge is required. The firm value solid legal skills and an enquiring mind eager to learn on the job and develop a sector-specific focus in transactional work within the FS team.
- Supporting these transactions requires skills common to all transactional lawyers, such as drafting, negotiation, project management, and coordination.
