What will you do?
- Managing a full caseload of Commercial Property work
- Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contract and coverage
- Acting for lender and pension schemes
What will you need?
- Experience in Commercial property
- 3+ years' experience in a private practice law firm in the UK
