Project Coordinator

Due to continued growth, this organisation is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will have a background within the housing sector together with managing projects.

You will provide high quality project coordination for a number of projects and work streams and this may include the need to attend face to face meetings in the operating regions so being happy to travel will be important. The operating regions cover Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.

This is a full time role working 37 hours per week.

Project Coordinator duties:

  • To ensure all associated documentation is up to date including risk and issue management registers and associated dashboards
  • To actively participate and present updates/overviews on behalf of the Programme Leads on projects
  • To manage, co-ordinate and deliver assigned projects within agreed time-scales
  • To provide guidance and support to Programme Leads in the planning, and co-ordination and delivery of future / potential upcoming projects
  • To assist with the development and maintenance of business systems including plans, risk registers, reports and performance information
  • Collate and produce regular performance monitoring reports for key programme areas and where required organise performance monitoring meetings for assigned project
  • Devise and co-ordinate effective ways of sharing information with key stakeholders including the provision of regular update reports
  • To develop and maintain information systems to accurately store and analyse project data to meet the needs of the team and service delivery areas
  • Participation in project meetings, workshops and events as required
  • To act as first point of contact for your assigned projects
