Here you'll be inheriting a quality client portfolio which is being passed from an existing Director to allow them to focus on strategic work.
You'll benefit from thorough client introductions and will continue to benefit from ongoing mentoring and referrals via the senior Director.
Client-wise, you'll be taking ownership of a range of clients including tech, life sciences, hospitality, property, transport/distribution, charities, construction and loads more.
Your support will come from an established Scottish team of handlers, placement brokers and claims meaning your role here is firmly client facing.
Depending on your level of experience, you'll get a base salary of between £45k and £65k with a long term incentive plan giving you scope for a 6 figure bonus in as early as 2026.
Ideally, you'll be an established client facing Commercial Account Executive based across the Central Belt or Central Scotland.
You can work either hybrid with a couple of days in the office per week or more remotely if you are further afield from the central Scotland region.
