Test Lead - Systems Integration Testing - Birmingham

Hybrid working - 3 days onsite per week.

Test Lead required for a leading client based in Birmingham. Our customer is currently seeking a Test Lead to come on board and handover from an existing test lead moving to a new team, you will be responsible for testing our customers key application. This is a test lead role, not test management. You will need experience system integration testing as well as assurance testing.

Key skills:

  • Prior experience as a hands-on Test Lead - you must be confident producing your own test plans and completion reports
  • Demonstrated experience in manual testing, system integration testing, regression testing and assurance testing
  • ISTQB Practitioner level qualification
  • Azure DevOps (reporting, logging, tracking and managing defects) - preferable
  • SAP testing experience - highly desirable
  • Test estimating - essential
  • Experience working in a large project/area
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment (in terms of speed of changes)
  • Interact successfully with other team members and build strong relationships with development teams and product owners
  • Comprehend and analyse technical documentation while being mindful of quality requirements for software development projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Identify risks and issues where appropriate
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills - verbal, written and verbal

Salary - our client is offering a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum for this opportunity
