Job Title: Water Hygiene Account Manager.

Location: Solihull, West Midlands.

Salary / Benefits £30k - £55k + Benefits + Company vehicle + commission scheme

Industry leading provider of Water Hygiene / Legionella services across the UK are now seeking to recruit a business minded and diligent Water Hygiene Account Manager. Joining their Midlands office, this role will involve delivering high quality sales / account management services to Commercial, Healthcare, Educational, Leisure, and Local Authority clients. This role will suit someone who can hit the ground running, with experience managing existing accounts, alongside sourcing new business, you will also be responsible for upselling and promoting products, ensuring targets are being met in line with company requirements. Experience & Qualifications:

" Proven track record working for a Water Hygiene / Legionella management company working within a sales / account management role.

" Holding an industry recognised legionella qualification would be beneficial to the role e.g., City and Guilds, WMSoc or equivalent.

" Able to provide excellent technical and consultancy advice.

" Self-motivated, able to solve problems efficiently.

" Excellent leadership skills.

" Managing work schedule in line with company and client needs.

" Confident in upselling and promoting business services.

" IT literate.

" Excellent communication skills.

The Role:

" Overseeing and managing Water Hygiene accounts across Commercial, Healthcare, Educational, Leisure, and Local Authority sites.

" Achieving revenue targets.

" Upselling and promoting a range of company services, including but not limited to: surveying, monitoring, remedials and maintenance services.

" Efficiently sourcing new accounts.

" Attending site to oversee the delivery of services.

" Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and technical support.

" Providing new and existing clients with competitive quotes, tenders, and bid submission.

" Overseeing the operational delivery of existing contracts.

" Mobilising and implementing new contracts and projects.

" Producing detailed reports covering the operational, performance, and business efficiency of contracts.

" Getting involved in the business development process through direct sales within existing and new accounts.

" Building and maintaining excellent professional relationships with the company's longstanding clients.

" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines and company policies and procedures.

" Managing and supporting a team of supervisors, consultants, technicians, and engineers.
