HR Administrator

Are you a proactive HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity with a dynamic organisation? My client is seeking an HR Administrator to provide efficient and effective HR administrative support and act as the first point of contact for all HR enquiries.

Main Duties:

  • Administer and coordinate HR policies and procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact for the management team
  • Provide administrative support for all HR-related matters
  • Conduct necessary employee checks in line with company policies
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries promptly, escalating when necessary
  • Collaborate with external consultants for process steps and draft relevant documents
  • Handle the recruitment process, including posting job ads, selecting candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Oversee the onboarding process and related administration
  • Attend meetings and assist with minute-taking
  • Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews
  • Maintain records of employee absences and leave on various systems
  • Coordinate day-to-day training requirements and maintain training records

About the ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR administrator role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with basic HR software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range & Benefits:
The salary for this HR Administrator role is negotiable depending on experience. In addition, the company offers an attractive benefits package including 25 days holiday plus banks.
