About the Role:

This critical role involves ensuring that all processes, systems, and equipment meet the required standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for training production staff in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), ensuring they are fully competent in following and maintaining compliance with quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Validation Duties:

  • Develop and implement validation protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of non-compliance.
  • Ensure all processes, systems, and equipment meet regulatory standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of validation activities.
  • Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure ongoing compliance.

Quality Assurance (QA) Duties:

  • Review and approve QA documentation related to processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards.

Training Responsibilities:

  • Train production staff on Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
  • Ensure staff understand and comply with quality protocols and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to production teams regarding QA and validation processes.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Pharmacy).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in validation, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with validation software and tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
