Experienced Service Advisor

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded prestige dealership in the Byfleet area that is currently looking to expand its aftersales team with the addition of an Experienced Service Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that values excellent customer service and offers genuine progression and earning potential. The role would suit someone from a franchised dealership background, ideally within a premium or luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for service customers, delivering a professional and smooth experience
  • Accurately schedule service and repair work, ensuring efficient workshop loading
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding their vehicle status
  • Liaise closely with technicians and the parts team to ensure a smooth service process
  • Identify and upsell additional work or services where appropriate
  • Process customer invoices and handle payments
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership environment
  • Experience working with high-end or prestige automotive brands is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using DMS/CRM systems (e.g. Kerridge/CDK)
  • Full UK driving licence
