Manchester Staff is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for one of our leading clients. In this position you'll be working for an ISO accredited business on delivering a full financial mapping for the project's lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, organised individual to join a family ran company that is currently expanding.

Roles and responsibilities:
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the costing of the whole project life cycle within a construction setting. There will be multiple projects running as they are a main contractor as well as being a sub-contractor of Tier 1's. You will be expected to travel within the UK, occasionally. You must show high attention to detail as well as having very strong communication skills so that you're able to liaise with various members of the project, clearly.
The ideal Product Designer:
Essential:
- BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organised & Logical
Desirable:
- Good IT Skills (Excel)
- CSCS Card
- Experience with Procore Software (Bonus)
