Invoicing Administrator

Salary - £20,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)

Once training is completed there will be 1-2 days working from home.

Our Client is looking for someone to join their client delivery team. They are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, great attention to detail and a 'can do' attitude.

The core of this role is to drive their productivity and client delivery, while providing resilience and flexibility (through multi-skilling).

You will be joining the most amazing team with fantastic progresion oppourtunities.

The Job holder will be required to:

  • Communicate quickly, regularly, and clearly with clients in a professional manner, on the telephone and via email.
  • Manage the relationship with the client throughout the business cycle.
  • Liaise with the Client Delivery Lead, Head of Operations and Account Directors / Managers about operational and client issues.
  • Liaise with other members of the company to resolve any client queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Aspire to be a super user of the main systems and processes used by the team.
  • Support with training other team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Support with all client complaints/queries ensuring that the correct query resolution procedure is followed.
  • Contribute to efficiency and business improvement projects when required.
  • Support with queries and escalations from across the business, where these cannot be dealt with within the client 'Cell' in which they arise.
