An innovative, not-for-profit organisation who is making a big impact within the energy sector is looking for a Graduate Bid Coordinator to work alongside their Account and Bid Management Team. As a Graduate Bid Coordinator, you will support the bid team in producing competitive tender responses and proposals for direct commercial engagement opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Graduate Bid Coordinator your key duties will include:
- Managing the Bid Management team email inbox using the internal system, ensuring tasks are allocated and managed
- Supporting development of bids to secure new contracts, including activities such as drafting question responses, documentation formatting, Curriculum Vitae production, case study collation and overall administration of the bid process.
- Ensuring the smooth running of bids by supporting Bid Managers to set up and manage bids efficiently and effectively
- Attending Bid meetings and taking minutes
- Liaising with internal departments and building relationships across the business
- Updating information on internal system
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the role of Graduate Bid Coordinator you must have:
- Degree qualified - would suit a recent graduate looking for their first job in business development & bid management
- Previous administration experience
- An interest in decarbonisation and/or the energy sector is desirable
- Highly proactive and organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Great at prioritising and multi-tasking
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work to deadlines with limited supervision
- Confident IT user
