Property Manager (Associate Director Level) - 3 Month FTC
About the Role
We are excited to offer a Property Manager position at the Associate Director level with a renowned national company. Our client is known for a proactive approach to portfolio management, providing clients with a clear understanding of their assets through a collaborative process. This role is initially offered as a 3-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
Key Responsibilities
- Client and Tenant Liaison
- Communicating daily with clients, their solicitors, and tenants.
- Handling tenant applications and identifying Asset Management opportunities, such as:
- Lease re-gearing
- Refurbishment and redevelopment
- Lease surrenders
- Dilapidation's
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintaining and managing existing client relationships at a senior level.
- Identifying new business opportunities beyond your discipline and referring them to the relevant teams.
- Working independently on most assignments.
Qualifications and Requirements
- MRICS qualified.
- Proven experience as a Property Manager.
- Strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law.
- Experience with both single let and multi-let properties.
This role offers the flexibility to work remotely; however, attending the head office for team meetings is required.
