We are seeking Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) to join a leading healthcare provider's out-of-hours service. This role is essential in delivering urgent medical care outside regular GP hours. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and skilled professional ready to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a dynamic team environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
- Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Utilise advanced clinical skills to deliver exceptional patient care autonomously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Allied Health Professional with a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.
- Current registration with the relevant professional body (NMC, HCPC, etc.).
- Extensive experience in urgent or emergency care settings.
- Excellent clinical skills and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
