We are a well-established fuel and lubricants company that is growing from strength to strength, built on over 100 years of expertise in the fuel and lubricants industry. As a result of new business and further expansion, we are looking to employ a full-time Personal Assistant to join our successful team.

Role Overview

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding on behalf of the CEO as required.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
  • Conduct research and compile information for meetings, projects, and reports.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, events, and initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed

Person Specification

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
