Administrator - Immediate Start

Salary: £22,500 per annum

We are working with a key client based in East Grinstead who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to manage all aspects of office administration, provide PA support to management, and represent the company in Health & Safety matters.

This role is integral to the smooth operation of the office and requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Day to Day of the role:

Manage reception duties, including visitor processing and telephone front of house cover.

Coordinate training events and ensure the Travel Request Form (TRF) process is followed and documented.

Provide PA/administrative support to the Fleet and Operations Manager and the General Manager.

Assist in organising major events

Represent Health & Safety with the Fleet & Operations Manager, including monthly site inspections and meeting coordination.

Purchase local supplied parts using the company computer system and maintain office supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in office administration and PA support.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using office software and company computer systems.

Experience in event organisation and coordination.

Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
