The Role:
As an Assistant Producer (Social), you will play a key role in driving our short-form content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You'll manage the logistics of video production, write captivating scripts, and help develop creative ideas that will resonate with the running community. From keeping up with the latest trends to assisting with video shoots and editing, you'll be hands-on in every aspect of creating standout social media content.
What You'll Do:
- Content Production & Planning: Organise and execute video shoots, handling logistics such as equipment, schedules, and personnel.
- Scriptwriting: Create compelling scripts that reflect our brand voice and engage our target audience.
- Social Media Copywriting: Write engaging copy for posts across various platforms, capturing the attention of followers with each scroll.
- Trend Spotting & Creative Ideation: Stay ahead of social media trends, brainstorm new content ideas, and suggest fresh formats to keep our brand relevant.
- Video Shooting & Editing: Assist with shooting and editing high-quality content that aligns with our brand's visual style (experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut is a plus).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure our content is aligned with wider strategies and meets business goals.
