Position Overview:
As an Insolvency Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing the insolvency department, overseeing a diverse portfolio of cases, and providing strategic guidance to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the insolvency department, overseeing a team of lawyers and support staff.
- Handle a varied caseload of insolvency matters, including administrations, liquidations, receiverships, and bankruptcies.
- Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on complex insolvency issues.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings related to insolvency matters.
- Stay updated on changes in insolvency law and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices within the firm.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in insolvency law.
- Proven track record of handling complex insolvency cases from inception to resolution.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor junior colleagues.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies and accreditations is desirable.
