The Role:
50/50 split of time spent managing a team of executives whilst growing your own book of business
Opportunities to mentor and manage a team.
Opportunities to be on the board for the company for more senior candidates
This is an excellent opportunity to put your stamp on an exciting Commercial function and to showcase your abilities and client management skills
Manage your own book of clients with new & existing business
The Required Skills:
- You will need to come from an insurance background ideally with commercial experience
- 5 years experience as an Account Executive minimum
- CII exams are preferable but support towards as part of your development plan can be implemented
- People skills and the ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds
- Team player who wants to be part of a close knit and successful business
