Senior Lettings Negotiator up to £22k Basic DOE OTE £30k plus - Stourbridge Plus Company Car if required
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join this thriving independent sales and lettings agent based in the heart of Stourbridge, dealing with volume lets across The Black Country and Worcestershire areas.
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be experienced within Lettings and will be hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn, and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of the surrounding area and strong local market knowledge.
The Lettings Negotiator will have had previous experience working within Estate Agency Lettings, and love the fast pace environment. You will have the opportunity to do Landlord appraisals and also be able to generate business.
ARLA qualifications would be ideal, if not the company would be pleased to put you into the exams to get you there.
This role will include all aspects of Lettings negotiation including, building relationships by liaising with potential landlords and tenants. You will be proactive in self-promotion and marketing and provide excellent customer service. The aim is to create a referral business and maintain a clients-for-life business.

- Previous lettings experience is essential
