Are you a SHEQ Manager, looking to work with a leading manufacturer, who will offer you a company vehicle, full autonomy to create and implement processes, hybrid working and progression within their group?
This company are the Market Leader manufacturing and installing panelised roofing for a varied range of clients including all the major house builders. They have continually grown since their establishment and are part of a group of highly successful construction companies.
You will be the go-to individual responsible for supporting the upkeep and ongoing enhancement of integrated managed systems within HSE and Quality. You will be split between the office, factory, home and client sites. They are looking for someone to take ownership of the role and make it their own.

The Role:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies in compliance with HSE
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Work closely with the operations director, enabling effective decision making and improvements
- 8am-5pm Monday- Friday
The Person:
- SHEQ background
- NEBOSH Level 3 as a minimum
- Experience implementing Quality procedures
