Join our dynamic team in the Touring Department, where you'll work with a diverse range of clients, from emerging artists to international superstars. As a Finance Assistant , you'll handle bookkeeping, manage transactions, assist with invoices, and collaborate with artist management teams to ensure smooth touring activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book-keeping and month-end reconciliations
- Managing sales and purchase invoices
- Reviewing and reconciling financial statements
- Preparing VAT Returns
- Supporting day-to-day tour operations and financial management
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience (Music industry experience is a plus)
- Numerate with excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen interest in the Music Industry
