In this role, you will review and analyse property title documents to verify ownership, encumbrances, and other legal aspects. You will work closely with senior title checkers and legal experts to ensure that all title information meets regulatory requirements and company standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse property title documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Conduct thorough research and investigations to resolve any discrepancies or issues with title documents.
  • Collaborate with senior title checkers and legal counsel to address complex title issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing property titles.
  • Maintain detailed and organised records of all title searches and findings.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding title findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:
