Search Consultancy are recruiting for an Account Executive role about 30 minutes above Exeter on a permanent basis!
This role involves growing the business within a region through nurturing existing client relationships and maximizing on the further opportunity with them.
This role is office based and offering a salary of £25,000 with excellent commission on top as well as a fantastic platform to grow within a business.

The role:
- Creating excellent relationships with your client base with different size businesses
- Grow upon your existing business either through upselling or referrals
- Achieve monthly targets and KPI's
- Upsell all additional products to each customer thoroughly while still giving a 5* service
- Ensure you update the systems to reflect updates and conversations
- Work with other departments to ensure the right customer service is provided
- Process orders and ensure follow ups
Experience required:
- Telephone based sales experience
- Experience working towards targets and KPI's
- Able to remain resilient to achieve the desired outcome
- Full UK driving license - due to location of business you will need to drive
- Ability to work with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Be able to demonstrate how you have built and nurtured previous relationships
