Castlefield Recruitment, are currently representing a Manchester Housing Association who are looking to recruit a Fire Coordinators on a 6 month temporary contract. This role offers £17.83 - £19.83 per hour and has hybrid working with office attendance 2-3 days a week.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing an existing performance management system to ensure contract documentation remains in date and in line with contractor policies and procedures.
- Creating a performance dashboard to review contractor documents, and will work closely with the Customer Safety team specialists to ensure risk assessments and method statements from contractors are up to date and in line with the requirements for that activity.
- Develop and maintain system records and ensure contractor documents are stored and maintained accordingly.
- Support the wider customer safety team with procurement activities.
- Update and maintain operational IT and document management systems.
You will be required to work in an organised and methodical manner, with a focus on precision to ensure systems are maintained accurately. The ability to work well under pressure is essential together with a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service and team working. You will flexible, adaptable and have the ability to learn quickly.
