Role and Responsibilities:
Provide support across all primary school classes, assisting teachers and helping students achieve their best. �?
Offer tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and English as an Additional Language (EAL). �?
Engage with students in a positive and encouraging manner to support their learning and development. ??
Assist with planning and delivering educational activities, and help manage classroom behavior. ??
Maintain clear communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the students' education. ??
Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - Essential. �?
Proven experience working in a primary school setting, supporting SEN and EAL children. �?
Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one. ?
