Hays Recruitment are currently supporting a Newcastle based organisation with the recruitment of an office administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As an office administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will support senior management and the wider team with a range of tasks such as:

  • Filing email correspondence
  • Post distribution
  • Reception duties
  • Completing weekly expense forms
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Various adhoc duties

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
